This process combines artistry, technical skill, and customer collaboration to create a truly bespoke piece of personalized luxury jewelry.
As a luxury jeweler, my process involves several stages to ensure that the final piece reflects your desires while maintaining my high standards of craftsmanship.
Here’s an overview of what the process might look like:
Consultation
I will meet with you to discuss ideas, preferences, and the type of jewelry to be personalized (e.g., rings, necklaces, bracelets). This consultation may be in-person or virtual.
You will share your inspiration such as personal significance, preferred metals (e.g., sterling silver, choice of gold), gemstones, and any specific engraving or design details.
I will discuss available options based on your budget and the time required to complete the project.
Material Selection
Based on your design, I will source high-quality materials such as diamonds, gemstones, pearls, or custom-cut stones. The type of metal and finishes are also decided on.
If personalization involves elements like engraving special dates, names, or symbols, these details are incorporated into the design at this stage. For example, add an intimate touch to a wedding band or ring with a special inside engraving.
Crafting and Production
All Paris & Lily jewelry is handmade and expertly crafted. Once the structure is complete, gemstones are carefully set. Personal engravings, special textures, or finishes (polished, matte, brushed) are added to enhance the uniqueness of the piece. The jewelry is polished to perfection, and any final adjustments are made.
Presentation & Delivery
The final piece can be picked up either in-store or delivered. I will do a final walk through of care instructions to maintain the piece’s longevity.
