The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. By participating in the giveaway, entrants acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

 

One (1) winner will be selected at random each quarter from all eligible subscribers. The giveaway begins on June 1, 2026 and continues on a rolling quarterly basis. Winners will be notified via email.

 

Additional Terms:

-To maintain eligibility, entrant must stay subscribed by time of drawing.

- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

- If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Paris & Lily reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

- Paris & Lily is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries.

- Liability in connection with this giveaway shall be limited to the retail value of the prize.

- Winners may be asked to provide their name, mailing address, email address, and phone number for prize fulfillment purposes.

- Winners’ first name, last initial, and/or social media handle may be shared on @paris_and_lily once confirmed.

- Paris & Lily reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway or these terms at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

- All decisions made by Paris & Lily regarding the giveaway are final.
