The giveaway, with entry via Instagram, is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. This giveaway opens on April 28, 2025, and closes on May 6, 2025, at midnight EST. All entries must be received by midnight EST on May 6, 2025.

Winner Selection and Notification

Three (3) winners will be selected at random using a random names generator on or after the contest closing date. Winners will be notified via Instagram stories from the official @paris_and_lily or @vlandojewelrybox account on May 7, 2025 and notified via direct message.

In the event a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected using the same random selection method.

Entry Requirements

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Entrants must be legal residents of the United States over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

• Employees of Paris & Lily and Vlando Jewelry Boxes are not eligible to enter.
• Instagram is not affiliated with, involved in, or sponsoring this giveaway.
• Limited to one initial entry per person. Bonus entries available through additional actions. To enter for a chance to win, participants must:

3.     Comment on the post by tagging two (2) friends and sharing their favorite mother-daughter memory using three (3) emojis. Additional entries for each meaningful comment.

• Three (3) winners will each receive:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
